[RANT] Child Abuse

It's Ariya here and I just thought that I should talk a little about child abuse because it's something that happens everyday and is still going on right now.

My sister and Evan
My sister gave birth to Evan yesterday which is the reason why I'm bringing this topic up. You see, all newborns have to do blood tests/get shots and because of that, Evan is crying in pain right now. It hurts to see a baby crying (Not screaming kind of cry but..kind of like…whimpering?) and so it made me think…If Evan is in this much pain and crying his small heart out because of a shot, how are the other babies out there who gets abused? Thinking about it just hurts.

I don't understand how one can do such cruel things as hurt a baby that can't defend themselves. Babies are supposed to be cared for...Not harmed and injured. The poor thing doesn't have any clue what everything around them is! And if one is abusing a child because of anger? Maybe because that cruel person didn't want the baby to be born? Well guess what? Don't blame and get your stupid anger out on an innocent baby that is doing what they have to do by nature. It's YOUR own doing that the kid is born so be responsible for it...in fact, you should be proud. That cute small baby? He/she is alive and in this world because of you.

If you're going to have a baby, be responsible for it. You were the reason he/she was born, care, love, and raise him/her correctly. Child abuse is so ridiculous and disturbing, seriously. What did the baby ever do to you?

Child abuse is not something that we should joke around about. You know what it leads to? It leads to depression, anxiety, and more. To most children, their parents are their number one priority, their role models, and the people that they love most. But when the parent hurts them physically and mentally? You know what the little kid will feel? She/he will feel definite lonesome. When the person that they love most is showing the total opposite of what they expect to feel from them, they'll tumble down. They'll feel like no one loves them and block out everyone else who's trying to help. They'll feel as if their parents are right--that they're worthless, useless, and a burden. Then those thoughts? It leads to depression. Or maybe even worse, suicide.

If you're going to have a baby, be responsible for it. You were the reason he/she was born, care, love, and raise him/her correctly. Child abuse is so ridiculous and disturbing, seriously. What did the baby ever do to you?

I heard about a women who abused her 8 month baby and went to jail only for 18 years. Does that make any sense?! The poor baby almost died! And after that sick mother slapped him with a remote, after she pinched, punched, kicked, yelled, hit him, that innocent baby still crawled back to her. The baby did absolutely nothing wrong. It broke my heart when I saw the video. I didn't even want to watch it in the first place.

She should've died and no one will give a damn. Only 18 years in jail? Are you kidding me, she should just suffer a long, slow, painful death while we watch her suffer, just like how that cruel recorder didn't do anything about it and continued to record a poor baby being abused.

I know I don't know her story, I know that her parents might've abused her and that's how she ended up this way. But does that make any sense? Some kids out of the many have gotten abused and they're not influenced by it, they continue to do the right thing without hurting any other. This is what therapy and immediate help is for. You can get help without having to be alone because you're not, don't live in despair when you don't have to.

I'm sorry I had to rant about this but I couldn't help it, after watching the video, I was so tempted. When that baby crawled back to his mother and all she did was slapped him with a remote, I was just raging and cursing death wishes at her. I wish child abuse or any kind of abuse never existed. It disgusts me that people in this world will do something so stupid and absurd

How It All Began

What Arielle means?

Arielle was made up because of Michelle's and Ariya's name combined. Even so, Arielle isn't just a combination of their names like how KPOP fans would combine their idol names together. Instead Arielle is a name that symbolizes their friendship. Whenever they come to the topic of trying to describe their friendship, they somehow get stuck along the line of the number one sentence excuse to save ourselves--"It's just Arielle."

----

On August 9th, 2012, the beginning of Arielle started. Believe it or not, something so big happened just by Ariya requesting from Michelle's graphic shop, Plasir Graphics. After that, Ariya just happened to be a stalker and go read Michelle's profile. Then it just so happened that they had a lot in common and Ariya started a conversation with her.

Ariya's comment on Michelle's graphic shop when they first met.

Just by the first week, Ariya and Michelle created a bond that one should've had after a month. Weirdly, they were comfortable with each other even though they had just met. Later on, Ariya convinced Michelle to make a Skype. Now this is where all the ARIELLE FAILS AND 'EVENTS' started happening.

When they first video cammed, they were like two little hermit crabs that didn't want to talk.

"YOU TALK FIRST!"

"NO, YOU!"

That was basically the only things that they forced each other to do for the first call. Then after, Michelle talked Chinese to her mom and so Ariya ended up talking Thai to her mom too. Even though the first couple calls were awkward and quiet, it just so happened that after a few, they were so carefree and normal. ((Now that I think about it, I have no clue how we became so casual with each other…)) It's weird because in the first week that they cammed, they barely did anything embarrassing. Now they both literally roll around the house and hit their heads on the table while camming.

So with that, Ariya and Michelle became closer friends and created a stronger bond each day. It might sound weird but ever since Michelle and Ariya met, they've written at least a thousand letters to each other. Meaning one of those emotional letters that can make one cry. They had lots of talks where one person thinks that they're not good enough or one person is worried that Arielle will change…then it just results in an essay as a reply.

Something we would write to each other on a holiday or something special.
(Letter Michelle wrote to Ariya on ThanksGiving...There was three pages but it didn't fit omg)

Since day one, they've gone through stupid failures that crack each other up. In fact, Ariya even calls Michelle, "Michifail," and Michelle calls Ariya, "AriiFail." That's not it though, there's even more nicknames that pops up at random times.

Even at school, they both talk about each other to their friends. Ariya was able to meet Michelle's wonderful friends--Chris, Melisa, Audrey, Aurora, Ashley, Irene, and Kelly.

People say that if you fight with your friend, your bond would just grow stronger but for Arielle, that's not the case. Arielle grows because of the time they spend with each other, creating new memories, and all those letters that they wrote for each other.

All those things that they've experienced and all those things that they've went through makes them agree about one thing no matter what--Arielle won't be able to break that easily after what they've went through together. They've changed each other's lives by just being there for each other

How different things would be without Arielle is just…scary. Life would be different, honestly. Maybe the friendship between Chris and Michelle wouldn't have happened without Arielle existing. Without Arielle, Ariya wouldn't be spazzing out overtime she hears Michelle's hometown or someone with the same name as her. Without Arielle, the things that will change are just not something they can imagine.

But even after all this, there's a minus. Michelle and Ariya aren't able to do things that other friendships can. If you haven't realized it yet, they don't know each other in real; only online. But putting their limitations and restrictions aside, they have a stronger bond than others can possibly imagine. They trust each other like sisters that have spent their whole lives together. Heck, Michelle already knows half of Ariya's family.

But even so, they never give up hope. As hard as they can, they try to never miss 11:11 because every 11:11, they say, "I hope Arielle lasts forever and ever and I hope Michelle and Ariya meets one day in real life." Even though it may only happen in a dream, the possibilities are never to be limited.

We hope we didn't bore you with our long story but it's our first post so I hope everyone follows us for our next one which is soon ^-^
